Researching scientist at University of California at San Francisco have found that omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil extend the genetic ‘fuse’ that determines the lifespan of cells. It would protect them from many heart diseases, improve survival after heart attack etc.
Our View: It is good to consume fish or fish Oil. But those who do not eat this, there is
something that would give you much better results than this. It is Omega-3 contained in ‘Alsi’ it is a commonly available herb that is very rich in Omega-3 and the content is much more than fish. In fact it helps for preventing many other diseases like heart disease, diabetes.
It has to be freshly grounded, on daily basis and consumed to about 25 gm with each meal. It can also be mixed in fruit salad, salad etc. as it doent have any taste of its own. You can also mix it with dough that is made to prepare chapati in your home.
