Why is Kasab not getting the punished?

There has been a debate for a while for Indian government not giving any punishment to only alive accused of 26/11. Why do you think that such a delay? Well all of us know through video footage and various other sources that he was one of the 10 terrorists who had attacked Mumbai with open firing and grenade but still no act from the judiciary system.

There are many reasons to it, we have to give a fair trial to Kasab. As pointed by minister Shashi Tharoor, that let the judicial system take its course. If you see the incident, there are 86 charges which have been framed against Kasab and as per our judicial system those must be proved against him. If we become unsuccessful in proving a few of the charges then the judicial unproved charges have to be proved against someone else otherwise an inquiry or intelligence has to do its work to find out a new accused in such a scenario. US is planning to rush more spy drones in Afghanistan to increase its spying and attacking capability. Use of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) has proved to be very useful due to the intelligence/video footage that it provides; some would even be fitted with multi dimensional cameras. On a different instance, President Obama had excepted that they consider Afgan-Pak border to be epicenter of the terrorism. And hence comes the plan to deploy drones in the region.

Rana’s another attempt to Get Bail, calls himself pakistani army deserter

Pakistani-Canadian terror suspect Tahawwur Hussain Rana, under investigation for possible links to 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, submitted a plea for bail. As per him he is a deserter from Pakistani army and thus is not a flight risk and should be released on bond. He was arresred for a terror plot against a Danish Newspaper. His plea was earlier denied by federal judge.

Srinagar Siege – Operation to Flush Out terrorists Intensifies

Srinagar 7th Jan: Attempt to flush out 2 terrorists who are hiding in a hotel in Srinagar has intensified on Thursday. The operation launched by police and paramilitary CRPF to neutralise the militants in Hotel Panjab in Lal Chowk was suspended at around 11pm on Wednesday and was resumed at 0700 hours today, as per the officials. The death toll has risen to 2, once civilian and one military personnel. This is the first such attempt in 2 years.
