Jaipur: Reliance Life Insurance Co Ltd. a unit of Anil Ambani’s Reliance Capital is planning to expand in tier II and Tier III. This will create around 6000 jobs and open around 300 branches. It is also planning to do tie-ups with banks to sell its products through bancassurance.

Our View: There is a lot to be done in the Insurance space for Tier-II and Tier-III cities cities. Many of the Indians are still not covered. Their focus on rural India would give them good return in near long term.
