Pakistani-Canadian terror suspect Tahawwur Hussain Rana, under investigation for possible links to 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, submitted a plea for bail. As per him he is a deserter from Pakistani army and thus is not a flight risk and should be released on bond. He was arresred for a terror plot against a Danish Newspaper. His plea was earlier denied by federal judge.
Our View: People like Rana should never be set free before their charges are disproved. For involvement in terrorists attacks, international law/code should be made more stricter and it should stand above the individual government laws.
