Engineering faculty of BUIT, Barkhatullah University, are in trouble due to the current indecision on extending their tenure. Many of the college faculty are on contract or are working as a visiting faculty and their contract would lapse this week. A proposal to extend their tenure has been sent to Chancellor Prof Ravindra Jain. Students are agitated over this but no result has come out as of now.

Sorry To Have Elected Such Ministers – They Don’t Care About Our Lifes
Tirunelvelli, Tamil Nadu: A passing convoy of 2 state ministers, a collector and a state secretary, did not do enough to save the life of a policeman. He was lying on the road with his legs cut but it was not obvious for our ministers and collectors to get out of their cars and help him out. Initially they did not try to take him to hospital in their car but called for an ambulance after sometime. Finally the ambulance did not arrive on time and he was being taken in one of the cars when the cop died on the route to hospital.

14 New Colleges to Open in MP
Under the chairmanship of CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan in Manthan 2009, it was proposed that 14 New colleges would be set up in State from the next Academic Year. Around 350 professors and assistant professors would be get job because of the recruitment. Apart from higher education recommendations were discussed for School Education, Minerals Dept., Revenue Department.

NEW DELHI: Addressing Indian on the eighth edition of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, PM Manmohan Singh told that he understands the Indians abroad wish for the good being of India, their desire to exercise their franchise and have a say in who governs India. He also pointed that they find the slow progress in many matters to be frustrating. Thus the government is thinking of giving more rights to NRIs, especially for casting their votes.
