Indian workers sold like cattle in Saudi Arabia?

JAIPUR: Habib Hussain of Moradabad, who had come to India from Saudi Arabia by hiding himself in a toilet has revealed that the Indians mainly the illiterate and the labour class are being traded like cattle in Saudi Arabia. Their condition is very bad and many a times they do not get one day meal, while they work for 14 hours daily.

Our View: The revelation is not new, many have fallen prey to the agents that send people to other countries legally/illegally. They go there to earn some money but only to find themselves in a worse condition than that in India. The majority of people who go to these countries are from very poor and are illiterate background. Indian government should try to get hold of such agents and also to eradicate such problems major unemployment and poverty should be attacked.
