Jaipur, 4th January, Patrika News: Uttar Pradesh Polices’ SOG along with Galta Gate police has caught hold of a serial killer. He was involved in several cases where he used to take house on rent and  run away with the cash-jewellery after killing the landlord. He was earlier under arrest in UP but had got freed on a bail before killing a mother and her daughter in UP.

Our View: How can we release such dangerous criminals on Bail and allow them to escape out of the city? This is not because of any other reason but the lethargic attitude of the Police force or due to their involvement with the criminals.
